Chair Envy attempts to ship your order within 24-hours of being placed unless the product is on back order or special order status. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day. Standard U.S. orders are shipped UPS, FedEx Ground, or a predetermined freight company. Express shipping is available on most items, please contact us for more info.

International Customers- We do ship our products internationally. Pricing depends on weight and destination. Please contact us with the products you are interested in for shipment options and pricing. Any import duty, taxes and/or fees for the import of the product into your country are not included and will be collected on delivery. Other than CANADA we will generally only ship to the local international airport in your country for you to pickup.

Some Refurbished Massage Chairs and Perfect Chairs do not include shipping or Arizona Sales Tax (Arizona orders Only). Curbside Freight Ground shipping on most Refurbished Chairs is $185. (Basic Service Only - The chair can not be brought in the home or setup)
